Glen Park BART emergency gate locked. No attendant on on duty. This is neither safe nor accessible.

ADA gate closed after our stroller went through but before I was able to pass through. Found myself unable to get through emergency gate.

I was able to step over adjoining gate, but many other riders are not able to get through without a working, accessible emergency gate.
