There should be (at least) two ADA gates at every BART entrance/exit.

Due to the variable and often lengthy lag unsetting a pinned direction passengers can be blocked for minutes at a time.

Having dedicated in and out ADA gates would alleviate this issue, as well has provide higher availability for customers who require #a11y.
