I recommend reading them concurrently. Especially given that the turning point for Kalanick’s tenure is linked to Fowler’s blog post.

That turning point, a highlight of Isaac’s book, is the account of @kmlake’s email to @bgurley.

No spoiler alerts here, but I am in awe of @kmlake’s integrity and proud to be a @stitchfix customer.

Anyway, both books are fascinating documents of a large company and a larger industry culture that deserved (or deserves) a reckoning.
