@mattbytes 1) boil a lot of milk

2) after milk boils remove from heat

3) stir in juice of 1-3 lemons

4) strain and wrap in cheesecloth...

@mattbytes The yield is pretty low, though. Use a lot of (whole) milk.
@mattbytes Whoops, missed step 3.5: let it circle for 10-15 minutes. Add more lemon juice if it isn’t curdling.
