I quit to move to Chicago where I got my first tech job as the Assistant Webmaster of @AdlerPlanet.
I clawed my way up the org ladder to eventually become the Webmaster of @AdlerPlanet.
Just kidding. My boss quit to join a startup in Evanston, IL so they gave me her job.
I learned so much about software and computers there. Really an amazing opportunity at an amazing time in tech (1999-2001).
