@gasca We try to have everyone in a conference room have a laptop open and be dialed in to the meeting just like distributed folks.
@gasca It takes effort, but things like *everyone* using the Google hangouts/meet hand raised queue levels the playing field.
@gasca It’s still a WIP, but it’s awesome when people get a chance to speak based on order of "hand raised"…
