@shipilev @NetflixEng 2) All engineers at @NetflixEng have the title "Senior Engineer"…though comp, role, and responsibility vary from individual to individual.
@shipilev @NetflixEng e.g. there are folks here who had Staff or Principal titles at other companies who are now "Senior" engineers.
