No, seriously, the whole point of Twitter is that "creativity" isn't about follower count or promoted^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H boosted Tweets.
Things like @TwitterCreate and/or @TwitterCreators really miss the point of why we are all here.

The most valuable content on Twitter isn't monetizable, let alone visible to the algorithmic TLs.
Plagiarism, joke stealing, abuse, localization & i18n are bigger blockers for artists than whatever fresh hell is to be found at create.twitter.com
