Twitter is a weird, wonderful, terrible, ineffable thing.
One day it’s a means of acquiring understanding and empathy for people or groups that I’d be otherwise isolated from or ignorant of...
...and the next day it’s a rage-inducing spigot of terrible news about terrible humans being terrible to other humans.
There’s always a constant buzz of wit, humor, memes, creativity, and art...
...mixed in with an effluvium of propamaga, abuse, and spam.

I’m cautiously pessimistic that the good parts of Twitter will continue to outweigh the bad parts of Twitter...
...and I’m hopeful that more and more people start using it. I truly believe the world is a better place with more of us on Twitter.
(At least on a version of Twitter that is less susceptible to the exploitation of our attention and biases.)
