@kottke Chicago should get the credit for originating furniture/tires/whatever to reserve a shoveled-out parking spot in winter.
@kottke As well as the, uh, Daly-sanctioned "escalation policy" around enforcing those reservations.
@kottke Bending or breaking radio antennas (back when cars had those) was the first step in punishing an offender.
