I paused @MikeIsaac’s "Super Pumped" at page 196 to read @susanthesquark’s disturbing account of @Uber’s culture.: "Whistleblower".
I recommend reading them concurrently. Especially given that the turning point for Kalanick’s tenure is linked to Fowler’s blog post.
