Hey @btaylor, @Marthalanefox, @pichette, et al: I appreciate the board calling me at 9:45PM to make sure I vote against Elon buying $TWTR.

We are all on the same page, right? That selling $TWTR to @elonmusk would 1) be a breach of fiduciary duty to shareholders…

…and 2) would be a *huge* "fuck you" to current Twitter employees…
