@AppleSupport hey, the screensaver on our new Apple TV stopped launching a day or so ago and now we seem to have permanent(?) screen "burn".

@AppleSupport ok, "burn" seems to have gone after manually invoking screensaver and letting it run for 30 minutes or so.
@AppleSupport but puzzling as to why screensaver no longer kicking in despite settings. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
