@jco@gln@marius Prior to my current gig, vacation was a function of accrual or title. Seems worse than unlimited. Assumes an SVP needs more PTO than SRE1.
@jco@gln@marius Company-wide standard PTO at all levels seems legit. Minimum w/a flexible ceiling seems legit too. Mitigating bad mgmt required either way.
